1. 'Kirtilals Promise' Membership is voluntary and open to Indian citizens only and shall be recognized only through concerned Indian mobile numbers of members/family members registered with www.kirtilals.com or at showrooms of Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. (''Kirtilals or Company'').
2. While making purchases at Kirtilals outlets across India, mention 'Kirtilals Promise' membership number (registered mobile number) to the cashier before billing. Points will be credited only when membership number is provided while billing. Please ensure to check mobile number matching with your name and update us with change of mobile number through our billing desk at our showrooms or through our website. Member can earn 'Kirtilals Promise' points while making purchases at any of Company's showrooms or company’s website https://www.kirtilals.com (E-commerce website). Registration can be done through www.kirtilals.com by signing up using valid Indian mobile number. Registration can also be done at Kirtilals showrooms. Points will be credited only after successful delivery of order. Please ensure to check mobile number number & email id is matching with your name and update us with change of mobile number through our billing desk at our showrooms or through our website. 3. Please note that points can be earned against purchase of Diamond and Platinum jewellery at any of Kirtilals showrooms and website. The purchase of gold jewellery & gold coins/bars/accessories are excluded from the ‘Kirtilals Promise’ program.
4. Reward points will be calculated on the invoice value excluding tax.
5. Reward points can be redeemed at Kirtilals outlets across India & Company's E-commerce website. The value of one point is equal to Rupee 1. However, reward points cannot be redeemed by cash. Members will be required to present the membership number/mobile number at the time of redemption of the reward points for offline purchase. Customer required to login into their www.kirtilals.com account with registered mobile number to redeem ‘Kirtilals Promise’ points.
6. By signing into ‘Kirtilals Promise’ program through our showrooms or signing up through Company's E-commerce website you agree that you have read the terms & conditions that govern the ‘Kirtilals Promise’ program and that you accept them.
7. The ‘Kirtilals Promise’ reward points issued by Company to the members/family members are free and is without any consideration to be payable by member/family members who is/are enrolled. The allotment & redemption of reward points will be solely at the discretion of Company and no right created to the Customer/member/family member and is a privilege given to a customer/member/family member.
8. ‘Kirtilals Promise’ program benefit cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount, viz. reward points will not be awarded in the following cases.
- Special offers / promotions / items excluded by the management
- Against the purchase of gold jewellery,platinum jewellery(Plain and Diamond Studded) & gold coins/bars/accessories
- Against purchase of Gift Vouchers & Kirtilals Gift Cards.
9. One Time Password is mandatory for redeeming the available points so customer should carry their registered mobile number while redeeming ‘Kirtilals Promise’ points at Kirtilals outlet. OTP will be sent to their registered mobile number while billing is done & the same should be shared with cashier for redemption of points.
10. No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made by redeeming reward points in the case of purchase returns.
11. Reward Points once redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited unless there is return & exchange of the product and upon such return and exchange the points will be reversed to the members account and it will be made available for his next purchase/exchanged product. Redemption of Reward points cannot be clubbed with Enrollment Voucher/Gift Voucher redemption.
12. The points credited to the account of the member shall not be redeemed in cash.
13. The credit of reward points against purchases will take at least 3 days in case purchases made at Kirtilals outlet & 16 days in case purchases made at Kirtilals E-commerce website from the invoice date to reflect in the member's account. However, Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible for any delay in having the reward points credited into the member's account.
14. Reward points will be given on invoice value net of ‘Kirtilals Promise’ points redeemed.
15. The ‘Kirtilals Promise’ membership is valid for a lifetime. Unless cancelled by Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
16. Reward points will be valid for 18 months from the date of transaction. If not redeemed within 18 months from the date of accrual, at the end of the 18th month, such reward points will automatically lapse.
17. ‘Kirtilals Promise’ membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. ‘Kirtilals Promise’ membership is non-transferable.
18. At any point, the Company reserves the right to withdraw, alter/modify any or all of the membership issued. Company will have limited liability to the ‘Kirtilals Promise’ member, only to the extent of the points available in the credit of the member's account.
19. For breach of any of these terms and conditions by the member or failure to pay for purchases made, the member shall lose his accumulated reward points.
20. Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to award points or redeem accumulated points, for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for purchases.
21. Company will maintain and update in electronic form data that is provided by Members at the time of enrollment or through subsequent contact. Company hereby reserves the right and Member/family member hereby agrees & authorize Company to share his/her data with agencies or organizations for the provision of member services, facilities & benefits and on requirement of any Government agencies/authorities.
22. ‘Kirtilals Promise’ membership will be issued solely at the discretion of the management and the final decision on all matters relating to the membership shall rest with Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
23. At the sole discretion of the Company, all special offers, updates & account activity details will be communicated to the respective ‘Kirtilals Promise’ Primary Member/Family Member/his/her Friend through SMS, direct mail and/or email. However, Company shall not be responsible in any manner for any loss, delayed, incorrect or incomplete communications.
24. Members are requested to update any change in their address and profile from time to time. Simultaneously the members can bring to our notice any discrepancy in computing the reward points.
25. Members can opt out of ‘Kirtilals Promise’ program anytime by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ button in any of our newsletter or by calling our customer care @ +91 7540000111.
26. Company reserves the right to change, cancel and modify the terms & conditions, reward structure relating to the ‘Kirtilals Promise’ Program including discontinuation of the program itself.
27. In the event of a dispute between Primary Member and Company and/or between Family Member/Friend of Primary Member and Company, with regard to or in relation to the ‘Kirtilals Promise’, the decision of Company shall be deemed final. All such disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Coimbatore only.
28. ‘Kirtilals Promise’ scheme is purely to recognize our valuable customers and to maintain the customer relationship.
29. REFERRAL PROGRAM TO CLP CUSTOMERS
Benefits to Referrer through Refer a Friend Program:
From the 1st to 4th referral’s First purchase, the Referrer will earn 1% of the purchase value (i.e. excluding GST and any points redeemed) as CLP points,From the 5th to 9th referral’s First purchase, the Referrer will earn 1.5% on the purchase value (i.e. excluding GST and any points redeemed) as CLP points and From 10th referral's First purchase, the referrer will earn 2% on the purchase value (i.e. excluding GST and any points redeemed) as CLP points and so on.
